Terms of Service

Calm Wealth Club offers paid membership plans (monthly and annual). Membership grants you access to the member dashboard, content library, research reports, and other features available at the time of your subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the membership offering. Material reductions in service will be communicated in advance.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge. Renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the period you've paid for.

All content on the Calm Wealth Club platform — including articles, videos, reports, and research — is owned by CWC or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Scrape or systematically download content from the platform

The content and research provided by Calm Wealth Club is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance discussed in our content does not guarantee future results.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm other members or staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Introduce malware or disruptive code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CWC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any content therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which CWC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
